My first sewing swap

ImageI am really excited to be taking part in my first sewing swap!  Penny from Dresses & Me has organised a truly international sewing swap. We received our partners on Friday – and I’ve been partnered with Beth from beth butcher designs!

We have three weeks to pass on anything from patterns and fabric, to buttons and bobbins, and thimbles and threads. The idea is to find out what your partner is into and find a few things from your stash that you loved at the time of purchase but never used and give them to a new loving home!

Beth’s the queen of crochet – I mean how cute is this little yellow crochet dress? I’m afraid I wouldn’t have know a crochet needle if it poked me in the eye before reading her blog, but now I m enthralled. So I’m getting my stalk on as Penny says, I’m really looking forward to getting to know Beth’s blog and hopefully can find some treasures for her!
