Kniting and stitching show

Lock the doors. Bar the windows. Hide the credit card.

I’ve just bought my ticket for the Thursday evening session at the Spring Knitting and stitching show. I’ve got the afternoon off work (the ‘evening’ slot is open 3-7) as have two friends. We’ve been joking about whose going to bring the suitcase,I suggested we were better of with the granny cart.

The last time I went to one of these I went a bit mental. I bought a lot of fabric (all very useful, practical and on very good deals) but a lot none the less.  I perhaps spent a wee bit too much money. I considered this time not taking a bank card – only the amount of cash I was allowing myself. But then I worry what if there is something really special, a once in a life time fine, a good deal beyond belief? So for now, the bank card is coming with me. Eeek!

Are you going?
