Wow the 4th and final week of Me-Made-May-in-June. What a great month it’s been, so much fun and actually quite inspiring. I’ve learned a lot about and have a few new sewing priorities: simple basic Ts, cardigans, plain unprinted dresses and blouses, trousers, and comfy clothes!
This week I did six days in MMM items – again its a lazy Sunday and I’ve not bothered to get dressed. Hmm me-made PJs would solve that problem now wouldn’t it?
Monday: My new Deer and Doe Blouse Datura, which I made this month for the IPM2015 ‘One pattern, two takes’ contest. I love this in the plain black which was mainly inspired from my lessons in #MMM.
Tuesday: Another Deer and Doe pattern, Airelle blouse, which I made a few years ago.
Wednesday: My Colette Sorbetto top, which I made this month for the IPM2015 ‘Separates’ contest.
Thursday: My Rube Dress (a Made by Rae pattern) which was my first IPM2015 contest entry for ‘Dresses’
I had definitely added to my wardrobe this June through IPM2015 but I was very well behaved and focused on making stuff based on what I learned through MMM.
Friday: The Salme Buttonless Shirt Dress.
Saturday: Kick ass, rainbow zebra Maritime shorts by Grainline Studio!
