Christmas Pajamas

So you see the Carolyn Pajamas I made myself at the beginning of the month were just a test run before making some Christmas pajamas for my BFF. I was very cunning and casually brought of the subject of flannel plaid back in July and showed her some that I was considering for myself and asked her opinion. Naturally she said which plaid she liked best. Roll on forward six months and I’ve got the perfect Christmas present!

I made them them in an identical fashion to mine apart from a few finishing techniques on the bottoms: I encased the faux fly with bias binding (to match the piping) and used flat felled seams for the crotch and inside legs (so that they were extra strong). Other than that they’re made just like mine!

Did you make Christmas presents for anyone this year?
